Workshops

KLTV offers a FREE New Member Orientation and classes on Video Production Basics. Classes include Basic Studio Production, Field Camera Workshop, and Basic Editing.

Orientation and Camera workshops must be completed before members are certified to use KLTV production equipment.

Classes are not offered in June and December due to maintenance and holidays. Classes are subject to change.

Basic Workshops
ORIENTATION
The New Member Orientation is an introduction to Community Access Television, and explains the steps YOU can take to produce your very own video production! This is the first step in the series towards becoming a fully certified KLTV Community Producer. This a FREE workshop and open to the public.

4k CAMERA WORKSHOP
Pre-requisite: New Member Orientation. In this workshop, you will learn field camera production techniques, and understanding of the cameras basic functions, and proper storage procedures. Completing this class allows you to check out a field camera kit.


Fees: $10.80 for the 4K Camera Workshop.


FCPX BASIC WORKSHOP
This workshop places an emphasis on file management, introduction to Final Cut Pro's functions and leaves you with the skills necessary to set up and finish a basic production.

Fees: $32.40 for the Basic Workshop
 FCPX ADVANCED WORKSHOP
This Advanced Workshop provides you with the skill-set to craft a project with more production value than a basic video
