Kelso Longview Television provides a free video bulletin board service for community announcements on KLTV’s channels 11 and 28 covering cowlitz county.

You can submit your Community Announcement via email, fax, or mail. Community Announcements are posted approximately one week prior to the event but can be displayed on our channels for longer or shorter than a week’s time upon specific request. 

Please be aware that KLTV cannot use any type of language that involves sales as we are a non-profit organization and our rules prohibit such promotions.

If you are promoting a fundraiser for a non-profit you may use language, such as “come help support us by attending” or “For More Information Contact Us.” Please include any images that you would like to be used digitally.  We accept the following formats: gif, jpg, tiff, or bitmap. The preferred format is a .jpg image. Announcements and files can be sent to us either in an email, a link where they can be found online, or on CD. Please keep your descriptions and information concise and to the point.  For instance, state what people need to know or how to contact you for more information. Your message should be understood in a short period of time for our viewers.

KLTV can not guarantee that your submission will be on the channels. We edit submissions in order to fit our format.
