KLTV Public, Educational & Governmental Access Television for Cowlitz County, WA TV

Kelso Longview Television is dedicated to promoting broad participation in civic and cultural life by encouraging effective use and understanding of community media. As a nonprofit corporation, KLTV receives primary funding through a contract for services with the Cowlitz County and the surrounding citys. These funds allow KLTV to provide training, equipment and airtime to members of the general public and nonprofit groups who would like to utilize television media to share their message with the community.

There are three different ways to reach our audience:
1. Attend KLTV's media education workshops, become certified to use KLTV equipment, facilities and develop your own productions;
2. Submit a pre-recorded program for cablecast;
3. Hire KLTV ’s professional production team to produce a program for you.

To learn how to become certified to use KLTV's studio and equipment to produce your own program, please go to Getting Started.

To submit a pre-produced program for cablecast on public access channels, you will need to ensure that it meets the submission guidelines. You can learn about those guidelines at a New Producer Orientation Session.

To hire KLTV to produce your program, please contact Linda at Linda@kltv.org.
